Stop the Spread

COVID 19, Coronavirus is still around and will be for awhile. Stop the spread and please

help stopping the spread by self isolating, self quarantining when possible. Get alone and stay alone, put on a mask , at least wear a mask when around others.... keep your social distancing 6ft , 8ft ,10ft .. whatever possible and appropriate. Use your hand sanitizers and

or wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Don't make others sick and therefore they won't be around to make you sick.

Remember , do your part to stop the spread so others don't get sick and everyone else will be better off. If you're not sick enough to go to the hospital, at least get tested so you see where you stand in relevance to others. If all's well or potentially well, go home, stay home when possible and find some enjoyable reading or listening. Paperbacks , ebooks and or audiobooks.
